Alarm Takeover

Switch your alarm maintenance for a better service

 

Our alarm takeover service allows you to drop your current alarm maintenance provider and move the maintenance of your alarm system to WSS. The takeover service is much easier than you think however, please check your current provider hasn’t tied you into a long contract.

Before we can adopt an alarm system, we need to ensure it’s operating correctly. We provide a fixed charge annual service of £118.80 inc vat which includes a full system test and replacement batteries for all detectors and sounders (we don’t include the control panel as it should last 4 years). This applies to domestic and small commercial systems up to and including 10 detectors.

Please note there are some specific exceptions where the cost can be higher (for example Daitem alarm systems have long-life batteries) - simply send us a photo of your control panel and we can confirm the cost. If we do attend and are unable to complete a service for the cost shown, we will provide a full refund.

Once the service is complete, our standard contract costs £15 per month plus any monitoring charges. This includes all parts and labour with unlimited 24x7 callouts for system faults. There are some exceptions for insured losses like a flood - refer to our T&C’s.

ANNUAL Alarm SERVICE

Don’t have a contract and looking for an annual service?

 

For customers that prefer a pay-as-you-go service instead of a contract, we offer a fixed price annual service of £118.80 inc vat which includes a full system test and replacement batteries for all detectors and sounders (we don’t include the control panel as it should last 4 years).

The fixed price applies to all WSS installed systems and the majority of other systems however, there are a few exceptions - send us a photo of your keypad and we can let you know. Please remember we only operate within 30 minutes drive of Glasgow city centre (G1 1AB)
